S&P 500 total return + 4 percentage points each year — including dividend reinvestment. Negative in crash years (2008, 2022). Historically outperforms in strong bull years.

Equity Deployed

70% of net equity at purchase is pledged to the fund. Yields compound year over year with no withdrawals.

Estimated from Teton County, Laramie County, and Park County WY assessor and MLS data. Values are illustrative.
